Cleaning prices are based on the information provided when the service is scheduled, including the size and condition of the home, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, frequency of cleaning, and requested services. If the condition of the home is significantly different from what was described or previously seen, we will discuss any price adjustment with you before performing additional work. Special projects and additional services may be quoted separately.

Each cleaning is performed according to the services included in your selected cleaning package. Services not specifically included are considered additional services and may require an additional fee. If you are unsure whether a particular task is included, please ask us before your cleaning.

The first cleaning may require additional time and attention depending on the condition of the home. An initial or deep-cleaning rate may apply before recurring maintenance cleaning begins. We will communicate the applicable price with you before starting the service.

Recurring cleaning appointments are intended to maintain the home between visits. If a regularly scheduled cleaning is skipped or postponed for an extended period, additional cleaning time or a higher rate may be necessary to restore the home to its normal maintenance condition.

Miscellaneous projects are welcome. Simply email or text us with your special requests so we can give you the best rate and budget them into our next scheduled cleaning.
